The world of gaming is currently being run over by FromSoftware’s Elden Ring, which has managed to have all the spotlight ever since the release of its recent Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.

The said launch was also met with the top content creators already geared up to take on the full force of the most ruthless bosses anyone has ever seen. And as the statistics for their streams finally start rolling, Ludwig has shared through his official X/Twitter account what he thinks about coming out at the very top of the list, only after Kai Cenat.

Ludwig Anders Ahgren, who is popularly recognized by just his first name as a part of his online persona was one of the first few streamers to defeat the final boss and get done with the DLC. However, the Streamer of the Year 2022 was overtaken in terms of watchers by the prodigy of content creators, Kai Cenat.

From the release of the DLC’s marathon trailer to the very end of it, Cenat’s stream pulled over 4.4 million viewers across all platforms. This happens to be nearly 8 times what Ahgren recorded. Reacting to this, the streamer, in a friendly banter, stated how the numbers remain similar, providing words of encouragement to those placed below him to do better next time.

He even compared himself and his fellow creator to Shaq and Kobe, calling it a ‘1a 1b’ situation despite clearly being way behind in terms of audience received during their respective marathons.

While Cenat might have the upper hand when it comes to having a large number of viewers, it did not come without its cost, as at one point in his stream he was prompted to call a therapist for some extra help.

Due to its extreme levels of difficulty, Elden Ring and, subsequently, its DLC can present quite a bit of a challenge to players, something which Twitch’s No. 1 streamer evidently faced, especially after reaching the final boss.

Not being able to get over the very last stage of Shadow of the Erdtree despite investing over 60 hours into that level alone seemingly took its toll on the streamer, as he then went on to invite a therapist to his stream.

While it served its entertainment value, the therapist gave Cenat some real advice when it came to conquering the final boss, including how he should be converting his anger into positive energy and optimism. Instead, making him think of all the times he has beat another video game.

The streamer was finally able to complete his quest just before the 100-hour mark on his stream, which was shortly celebrated by his friends soon enough, proving once again why he remains at the very top of the streaming world.
