Doing carnivore for weight loss and health. I am the kind of person who gains weight VERY quickly. I cam easily gain 7-10 pounds in a week with only a slight change in diet. I weigh myself daily and set goals. It helps me with real time review of what I ate that previous day (I weigh buck nekid first thing in a.m.) I don’t get discouraged I know it’s a journey. But the health results have been great. Down 35 lbs but need to lose 90 more. Been stagnant going on 3 months in weight loss. But upside is…not gaining. Before and after 35lb loss.
