HARARE – Jit musician Baba Harare’s romantic life has once again come under the microscope, after he was spotted with what is thought to be the new woman in his life.

In the snaps that are circulating on social media, Baba Harare was pictured with a woman who some speculate is his wife. The couple appeared to be attending a church service when the pictures were taken.

This is not the first time that Baba Harare has found himself the object of speculation because of pictures taken together with a person rumoured to be his other half.

In 2021, Baba Harare doused reports that he had married TV presenter Nomagugu Ncube after the Reason Why” hitmaker posted images on Facebook of both of them wearing African attire.

The musician’s followers immediately interpreted this as an announcement that the duo was in the process of conducting traditional marriage rites. However, Baba Harare told The Herald newspaper that the photos were just a teaser, preceding the launch of a music video.

Meanwhile, Baba Harare has lauded his fans for accepting his switch to gospel music after the release of his album, Repentance.

“Working on ‘Repentance,’ the album has been one of the most exciting yet difficult processes of my life.

“The album is autobiographical in parts, reflective in some but above all it is my gift of truth to you hama dzangu. I hope that my music has brought you solace, inspiration, and joy.

“Your presence in my life as a fan means more than words I can express. I am humbled by the opportunity to touch your lives through my art and I promise to continue pouring my heart and soul into note and lyric,” he added.
