Pearldrake Talisman is also helpful when it comes to reducing elemental damage.
As for the Wondrous Flask of Physick, the recommended mixture should be able to increase the amount of damage players deal while also mitigating incoming damage. Thorny Cracked Tear and Opaline Tear should render the best concoction to stand against Radahan. Remember, Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree is all about patience and perseverance but a few extra buffs certainly help.
