Kai Cenat has been accused of cheating his way through the Bloodborne marathon stream, as the popular streamer used the infamous Chalice Dungeon Blood Echoes farming trick to get Blood Vials and Quicksilver Bullets. While there are several ways to farm items in Bloodborne, the Chalice Dungeon has been one of the most popular ones as players can get a massive amount of Blood Echoes in a matter of seconds without even fighting an enemy.
After the release of Elden Ring’s Shadow of the Erdtree DLC, several streamers took up unique challenges to beat the game. Kai Cenat’s experience in Elden Ring was nothing short of grueling, and he took it a step further by following it up with a Bloodborne marathon stream.
Kai Cenat’s Bloodborne marathon stream has seemingly infuriated a few fans. While trying to beat Vicar Amelia, Kai Cenat ran out of Blood Vials and Quicksilver Bullets, and viewers in his chat suggested him to use the famous “cummmfpk” Chalice Dungeon farming trick. Kai himself was initially clueless about it, but eventually, he figured out how to pull off the trick and was quite surprised to get 83k Blood Echoes in an instant. He goes on to buy Blood Vials and Quicksilver Bullets with it, but it seems to have sparked a debate in the community.
Kai Cenat’s Bloodborne Stream Sparks The Chalice Dungeon Debate Once Again
While many fans believed that using the Bloodborne Chalice Dungeon farming trick was justified as long as he was only using it for Blood Vials and Quicksilver Bullets, others were of the opinion that it counted as cheating. For the record, Kai didn’t use it for any upgrades at all, and he himself stated that it would count as cheating if he did so. Some fans noted that it would be quite boring for viewers to watch him grind for those items, so using the trick is somewhat justified.
On the flip side, some fans were of the opinion that he should restart the game altogether. This particular Chalice Dungeon trick has been a controversial aspect in the Bloodborne community. While Chalice Dungeons in Bloodborne were designed to provide players with a challenging and randomly generated area for getting some lucrative rewards, it quickly became popular due to a bugged glyph. Essentially, this Chalice Dungeon is just one of the many randomly generated ones and involves a hunter who repeatedly gets damaged by swinging axes, but it was save-edited by a player to make it accessible to others. As a result, many consider that it is equivalent to cheating in the game, as it is not something that is designed by the developers themselves.
