Anfisa Nava, who starred on the franchise from 2016 to 2018, shocked viewers this week when she posted a selfie to Instagram.
In the image, the 28-year-old looked drastically different to the Russian bride who married Jorge Nava in 2017.
‘What did she do to her face?? I didn’t recognize her! So much Botox and surgeries,’ one commented.
Another wrote: ‘She doesn’t look like Anfisa. What a shame, she was so pretty.’

However, a number of fans also jumped to the reality star’s defense by praising her current appearance.
‘Lovely pictures!!! You look absolutely beautiful,’ one gushed, while another commented, ‘You’re gorgeous and these pics are a vibe.’
Someone else wrote, ‘Well you were gorgeous before the change. But hey… whatever floats your boat.’
Anfisa has been open about undergoing multiple plastic surgeries, which includes three nose jobs.
Her first rhinoplasty was done in Russia to fix a deviated septum, and then she went under the knife again in the United States for cosmetic reasons.
She was still unhappy with the results after the second surgery, so she went to Turkey for a third rhinoplasty in 2022.
‘I chose Turkey because doctors there are very experienced with this type of surgery, people come from all over the world to get their noses done, and prices are more than reasonable,’ she previously shared on Instagram.

The personal trainer insisted that she was happy with the results before explaining her reasons for getting surgery.
‘I had rhinoplasty because my nose was something that always bothered me and plastic surgery is not a “need” it’s a “want,”‘ she said.
‘I’m all for plastic surgery and improving yourself, but if you are thinking about getting something done, you should carefully weigh all pros and cons and not blindly follow trends.’
Anfisa’s also had a breast augmentation, lip fillers, and Botox injections.
In addition to changing her face, she has also transformed her body through weight training and nutrition.
She now works as an online fitness coach and has even competed in multiple fitness competitions.

Anfisa first appeared on season four of 90 Day Fiance in 2016 alongside her then-fiance, Jorge Nava.
They went on to appear on two seasons of the hit spin-off Happily Ever After? before exiting the franchise for good in 2018.
The couple married in 2017 before finalizing their divorce in 2020.
Anfisa recently returned to reality TV in season one of E!’s House of Villains.
