David wrote that he was selling their “1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Condo” located in the Jomtien Beach area. It’s just 600 meters away from the beach, which makes it such a great investment. The house is fully furnished and “foreign ownership.” David added that he was selling it for 2.1 million Thai Baht and asked his followers to send him a DM if they were interested. When a fan asked if David was selling it for the baby, David replied, “we want to get a larger place.”

David has previously given fans a tour of the Thailand apartment in 90 Day Diaries. He had invited Jenny Slatten and Sumit Singh on a vacation with him and Annie and was trying to convince them to buy the property.
