The best part? The distinctive pink limo can actually drive
Turns out the King of Rock and Roll was a huge fan of a pink Cadillac

This 1963 Cadillac, supposedly owned by Elvis Presley, was saved from a junkyard and actually runs – we Can’t Help Falling in Love.

The stunning pink 1963 Brougham was first found in November 2022.

Upon discovery, its owner made the lofty claim that it was previously owned by none other than Elvis Presley.

Linking the four-door to the King of Rock and Roll are door tags stamped: ‘OWNER: Elvis Presley’ and a handwritten, ‘Elvis’.

However, with the Suspicious Minds singer having such a cult following, it’s possible they could have been faked and there’s no way to authenticate them.

In the past two years, it’s been given a second life by auto-shop and father/son auto-content creators, Turnin Rust.

We haven’t seen the interior in past videos, but this footage gives us an in-depth view of the rear cabin.

This Cadillac Brougham is fit for music royalty, fitted with a wrap-around couch, a wooden cabinet, a TV, cup holders, and an entirely custom switch panel.

While it was undoubtedly stunning in the 1960s and beyond, it was in bad shape when it was hauled out of the junkyard.

It was found partially sunk into the ground and had been eaten away by the rust, vegetation, and junk surrounding it after possibly decades of sitting idle.

However, the guys from Turnin Rust like a challenge.

They set to work, bringing the original 390-cubic-inch (6.4-liter) OHV V8 engine back to life.

The only engine on the market in 1963, it packed 325 horsepower and 430 pound-feet (583 Nm) of torque.

Cadillac’s larger 429-cubic-inch (7.0-liter) powerplant didn’t appear until 1964 when it was placed in the sixth-generation Eldorado.

After a great deal of attention and a new carburetor, the V8 fired up.

Miraculously, the gearbox and brakes were still in working order.

Its new owners took the Eldorado for a spin before loading it onto a trailer.

While a lot of digging was done into the identity of the Cadillac’s previous owner at Elvis’ former Graceland, in Memphis, Tennessee – nothing was confirmed.

Information about one of history’s most famous people was sadly restricted or scarce.

While we know a great deal about the private jet of Elvis Presley that is currently being turned into an RV, we also know he loved a Cadillac.

Like this Cadillac DeVille that still had the modifications of Elvis Presley intact.

Elvis Presley owned three pink Cadillacs that we know of.

He bought a Fleetwood Series 60 in 1954 and then purchased a blue 1955 version that he had repainted in a rosy hue.

Later in 1961, Elvis bought a 1961 Coupe DeVille in white and pink.

But his Messerschmitt KR200 was surely one of the strangest cars in existence.
