“WandaVision Fans Convinced They’ve Discovered Doctor Strange in Surprising Post-Credits Twist on Disney Plus”

WandaVision fans are convinced they saw Doctor Strange lurking in the post-credits scene for the finale of the mind-warping Marvel series after it appeared to have been ‘changed’ on Disney Plus.

At the very end of WandaVision, Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) is found at a cabin in a remote location, having taken down the fictional reality she created in her Hex in Westview.

At first, Wanda is seen sipping on a hot drink while sitting on her doorstep. However, as the camera ventures inside, it’s revealed that Scarlet Witch is astral projecting while poring over the Darkhold, also known as the Book of Spells.

The finale ends with Wanda hearing her twin sons calling out for her. However, after rewatching the post-credits scene, fans spotted a mysterious figure rushing through the trees, sparking speculation that it could be Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch).

The figure seemed to look quite ghost-like, fuelling the theory that Doctor Strange may also be astral projecting and therefore heading to Wanda in his astral – rather than physical – form.

Not only do the trees look like they’ve been designed differently in the supposedly ‘changed’ post-credits scene, but in the music section for the credits, it includes mention of the Doctor Strange theme.

If this theory turns out to be true, it would make logical sense for Doctor Strange to visit Wanda in her present setting ahead of the Doctor Strange sequel, which she is set to appear in.

Several Marvel fans expressed their excitement over the theory, which could indicate that the WandaVision finale post-credits scene is where Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will begin.

‘Whoa! Looks like Disney+ altered the WandaVision post-credit scene to add a spectral form floating toward Wanda’s cabin. The credits also now list Giacchino for his Doctor Strange music.

‘I had a feeling the camerawork and music hinted Strange was seeking Wanda,’ one person remarked.

‘The difference from March and June, we’re definitely getting this updated scene seen from Strange’s perspective in Multiverse of Madness,’ another stated confidently.

While WandaVision was on, there was a lot of speculation that Doctor Strange would show up – a hope that never came to fruition.

Marvel boss Kevin Feige later revealed that the sorcerer was originally supposed to make a cameo, but in the end they decided against it as they didn’t want to draw attention away from Wanda.
